Conduct the technical operations for our top clients in the Spanish market;
Technical support for new and existing clients and email regarding all technical aspects of the campaigns;
Management of all technical issues with regard to campaign launching and running process;
Technical integration between internal campaign emission system (RTB House) and client’s e-commerce platform;
Work closely with our account managers to deliver high standards of customer service;
Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of campaigns;
Propose optimization solutions for online programs;
Cooperate with our technical support team from Headquarter.
Requirements
About 2+ years of experience in online technology, e-commerce and/or digital advertising;
Fluent English (C1 level), knowledge of Polish and/or Spanish advantageous;
Medium knowledge of HTML and JavaScript;
Experience with debugging tools (e.g. firebug, web browser consoles), Google Tag Manager;
Experience in using Google Analytics 4, MMP knowledge will be an advantage;
Strong analytical skills;
Good time management skills and attention to detail;
Ability to solve problems efficiently;
High level of motivation and willingness to learn.
