Role Overview
- Create positive customer experiences
- Provide top-notch service both in person and over the phone
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Greet all clients courteously and professionally
- Assist customers according to company policies
- Provide accurate information regarding Liberty services and guidelines
- Communicate to field and office personnel regarding routine and emergency situations
- Process customer contacts promptly and respond in a respectful, polite, professional, timely manner
- Evaluate, advise, and expedite requests to serve customer needs
- Diagnose and resolve delinquent accounts
- Assist customers in making adequate payment arrangements
- Respond to customer emergencies and expedite service restoration
- Perform other customer focused duties as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent certification required
- Experience in Customer Service required
- Requires excellent telephone etiquette, verbal communication, and customer relation skills
- Must possess organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, in addition to an aptitude for math
- Requires proficient computer skills for data entry, reporting, reference and/or retrieval tasks.
