We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering exceptional service and fostering positive relationships while assisting with banking transactions and inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Processing various banking transactions accurately and efficiently, such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments
- Assist customers in opening new accounts and provide information about our banking products and services to meet their financial needs
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients is essential, as is offering personalized guidance to help them achieve their financial goals
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures
- Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times is critical, as well as safeguarding sensitive customer and bank information
- Participate in community events or outreach activities to promote our services and strengthen community ties
