Build and lead the accounting infrastructure: Design and standardize accounting processes across multiple sites to support rapid growth and acquisitions, including setting up shared service hubs for AP, AR, Payroll, & more.
Oversee multi-location accounting operations: Manage and mentor 3-4 regional controllers to ensure accurate month-end close, rev rec compliance using the POC method, WIP, and cost accounting in line with industry standards.
Drive post-acquisition integration: Create and execute a playbook for smooth accounting integration of acquired entities, maintaining consistent controls and financial reporting across the platform.
Partner with executive leadership and PE sponsors: Collaborate with CFO and CEO on lender and sponsor reporting, cash flow planning, and financial strategy to scale revenue from $270M to $500M.
Lead through influence and culture: Navigate ambiguity and diverse regional teams with strong EQ, promoting collaboration and accountability without relying on directive management.
Requirements
