Administration and further development of our Windows/Azure hybrid environment
Maintenance of on-premises Windows server systems (virtualization on ESX)
Administration of Microsoft 365
Management of Exchange and SQL servers
Backup management (including Veeam)
Network administration (VLANs, routing, VPN)
Management of firewall and security solutions (e.g., FortiGate / FortiClient)
Storage and backup strategies
Administration and maintenance of our inventory system (i-doit)
Administration of our ticketing system (Zammad)
Client management (Windows 11 and macOS)
On-site point of contact for employees in the office
Ensuring the security, stability, and performance of the infrastructure

Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration, IT systems electronics technician, or equivalent qualification
At least 3 years of professional experience as a system administrator
Very good German and good English skills (at least B2)
Strong affinity for cloud technologies and a pronounced service orientation
Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Server, virtualization, storage, and cloud services
Specialized expertise in at least one of the areas: networking, firewall, VPN, or IT security
