Definition of service scope and SLAs.
Cost optimization, with a critical view on costs and pricing when preparing technical-commercial proposals.
Presenting and defending the solution, focusing on differentiators and the value proposition.
Monitoring and controlling the progress of pre-sales projects together with specialists and involved areas.
Supporting the commercial team by acting consultatively with clients, visiting them and identifying business opportunities and improvements.
Following up on the implementation of sold projects to ensure alignment with the designed solution.
Keep management reports and project documentation directories up to date.

Proven experience working in technical IT areas (systems integrator products) and/or Telecom (carrier products).
Solid experience in Pre-sales and/or Solution Architecture involving IT and Telecom.
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.
Intermediate English and/or Spanish are desirable.
Desired certifications: Cisco, HPE, Fortinet, Huawei, Nokia, etc.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
Experience in the Industrial, Services or Education sectors.
