Support the structuring and organization of the real estate Valuations commercial area, ensuring greater efficiency in the preparation of technical-commercial proposals, tracking of opportunities, and management of the area's information.
Provide support in preparing proposals, organizing documents, following up with clients, and updating the pipeline, contributing to reduced rework and faster market response.
Organize databases and commercial reports, supporting management in monitoring targets, performance, and area planning.
Act as operational support for the commercial team, enabling executives to focus on prospecting, client relationship management, and generating new business.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Commercial Management, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience in commercial, administrative, or sales support routines, preferably in the real estate market or B2B services.
Previous technical experience in real estate valuations/appraisals will be considered a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel for creating spreadsheets, reports, and analyses.
Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (Power BI or similar) is a plus.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Organized, analytical, and proactive profile with an interest in developing a career in the commercial area of Valuations and Consulting.
