U.S. Citizen
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
Must have an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret with SCI eligibility or have an active Top Secret with SCI eligibility
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in federal contracting or a large enterprise environment
Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and tools (e.g., PowerBI, Power Query)
Understanding of DOD acquisition lifecycle and milestone requirements
Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., Helix, Confluence)
Basic knowledge of data modeling and process mapping techniques
Familiarity with database concepts and data analysis (e.g., SQL, Excel)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
Ability to manage complex data sets (e.g., Budget forecasting, Travel Administration, Asset Procurement, Policy Tracking, Network Management)
