Role Overview
- Manage the area's project PMO, ensuring deadlines and targets are met.
- Prepare high-quality executive materials for presentation to stakeholders.
- Actively discuss and contribute to projects to drive sales.
- Analyze channel performance, identifying opportunities and bottlenecks.
- Develop diagnostics and effective action plans for issues and opportunities.
- Influence and empower the team to continuously improve analyses and materials.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project PMO.
- Skill in preparing executive materials.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Microsoft Project).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
- Project management certifications (PMP, CSM) are a plus.
