Role Overview
- Represent clients in secured financing transactions
- Advise on complex deals including syndicated lending transactions, leveraged acquisitions, and mezzanine lending
- Collaborate with M&A team on acquisition financings and other strategic transactions
- Structure, negotiate, and close sophisticated financing matters
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in commercial finance or a related practice
- Experience with syndicated lending, asset-based lending, leveraged finance, sponsor-backed financings and/or mezzanine lending transactions preferred
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
