About this role
Role Overview
Conduct deep-dive analyses of our end-to-end O2Q process
Lead the implementation and optimisation of Salesforce RevCloud
Propose and implement system enhancements and policy shifts
Create the "gold standard" for our operations by documenting future-state processes
Partner with Sales Enablement to translate complex processes into playbooks
Define and track key metrics to provide proof of improvements
Requirements
Substantial experience in Sales Operations or Business Process Improvement
Ability to use process improvement methodologies (such as Lean Six Sigma)
Expert-level proficiency with Salesforce; specifically, the ability to leverage RevCloud
Ability to define metrics, analyse data, and interpret trends
Skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
