3+ years of experience leading people and teams
10+ years of experience in Software Engineering
Proven track record of leading and scaling strong technical teams
Experience handling high performing self-directed remote teams
Capable of diving deep and understanding the technical implications and risks of a decision
Experience in a backend language like Java or Ruby
Experience with Data Analysis
Experience managing on-call rotations and 24/7 operations
Able to handle a fast paced working environment
