Support the Mid-Market Sales team with opportunity qualification, demonstrations, Proof of Concept presentations (POC), RFP responses & business justification in a presales capacity.
Develop deep expertise in New Relic products and services to provide customer-specific value propositions highlighting the benefits and differentiators of our products.
Identify and resolve critical business/technical issues.
Take technical ownership of the entire sales cycle and drive it to a successful close.
Requirements
3+ years in pre-sales experience and/or similar capacities.
A high degree of knowledge around common programming languages and technologies.
Excellent written and verbal communications, presentation, and project management skills.
Understanding of value-based selling in customer-facing roles.
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
A good balance of sales, business, and technical expertise.
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or similar.
