Role Overview
- Assisting with lead research, including gathering basic prospect information
- Supporting the team with simple outreach tasks across email and digital channels
- Updating CRM records and helping maintain accurate customer data
- Shadowing BDR team members during prospecting and qualification activities
- Helping compile summaries, reports, or insights for sales colleagues
- Participating in workshops, training sessions, and regular team meetings
- Learning how the sales team uses tools such as LinkedIn and CRM platforms
- Contributing to general administrative or project tasks as needed
Requirements
- Curious, proactive, and motivated to develop new skills in a commercial environment
- Comfortable communicating with a range of internal stakeholders
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage small tasks with support
- Open to feedback, coaching, and continuous learning
- Able to work collaboratively within a team setting
- Interested in technology, SaaS, or business development
- Confident using digital tools or willing to learn new systems quickly
- Enthusiastic, positive, and keen to understand how sales functions operate
