Role Overview
Develop and implement strategies to enhance player conversion, retention, and reactivation, maximizing player lifetime value across the brand portfolio
Own and manage the roadmap for Casino and Player Engagement products, including Promotion tools, Bonus engine, Automation products, and Gamification products, ensuring alignment with stakeholders
Collaborate with Product Owners and key stakeholders to prioritize tasks, define epics and user stories, and focus on delivering the highest-value features
Maintain a transparent and well-communicated product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams
Work closely with development teams to translate product requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria
Establish and oversee development goals, ensuring continuous improvement in team capabilities over time
Lead agile product development processes, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and product releases
Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and innovative tools that enhance automation throughout the player journey
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of Player Engagement and Casino products, leveraging customer data to identify trends and areas for optimization
Own and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Conversion, Retention, Reactivation, and Bonuses, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement
Requirements
Proven experience within Player Engagement, CRM, or Product Management in the iGaming industry
Strong understanding of Casino and Sportsbook player behaviors, bonus mechanics, and gamification strategies
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, measure performance, and make data-driven decisions
Customer Retention Expertise – Extensive experience with customer retention tools, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful initiatives to enhance player engagement and experience
Product Management Proficiency – Strong ability to manage and oversee complex products, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement
Bonuses & Automation Knowledge – Demonstrated expertise in bonuses, automation, and player engagement strategies, preferably within the iGaming industry or a related field
Creative & Strategic Thinking – Ability to develop innovative solutions and think strategically to optimize player engagement
Data-Driven Decision Making – Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract meaningful insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align multiple teams
Regulatory & Compliance Understanding – Familiarity with iGaming regulations and compliance requirements to ensure adherence to industry standards
Leadership & Team Management – Proven experience in managing and mentoring teams, fostering a high-performance culture, and providing strategic direction
Multitasking & Problem-Solving Ability – Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while identifying new approaches to solve challenges effectively
