Role Overview
Lead development and ownership of complex product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to guide product decisions and optimize feature performance.
Drive customer-centric strategies by identifying needs, mapping journeys, and implementing scalable processes.
Mentor and coach team members on product management best practices and roadmap development.
Collaborate cross-functionally to influence resource allocation and secure alignment for product initiatives.
Oversee product lifecycle management, including MVP creation, go-to-market strategies, and scaling.
Promote adoption of emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance product innovation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 11 years’ experience in product management.
13 years’ experience in product management or related area.
Proficiency in data-driven decision making, including analytics tools and insight extraction to inform product direction.
Deep understanding of customer needs, journey mapping, and process optimization to enhance product value.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies, MVP creation, and modern product development practices.
Familiarity with emerging technologies, system architecture concepts, and innovation management.
Knowledge of ecommerce/retail/supply chain.
Deep understanding of data science for inventory optimization use cases.
