You advise our customers from the initial concept through to the implementation of our ERP software in the medical technology sector.
You analyze existing processes and develop tailored concepts to design optimal business processes in ProAlpha.
You present your overall concept in customer workshops.
You support the timely, budget-compliant and quality-assured execution of all project phases while taking customer requirements into account.
You actively contribute your own ideas and solution approaches to drive the conceptual development of ProAlpha in the medical technology domain.

Completed degree or technical vocational training
Extensive professional experience in ERP consulting or in a responsible position within a medium-sized medical technology company (e.g., manufacture of medical devices, production of sterile medical products)
Deep process understanding for manufacturing SMEs and strong methodological skills (project management, presentation, and facilitation/moderation)
Creative, goal-oriented project management and a hands-on working style
Very good German skills and good English skills for communication in an international environment
