You advise and connect farms with cattle operations, conduct continuing education events, and participate in projects related to cattle.
Advising cattle farms on production technology and farm business management — both on an individual basis and in groups.
Contributing to projects on cattle husbandry.
Providing conversion advisory services for farms with cattle (e.g., transition to organic production).
Developing advisory service offerings and acquiring advisory clients.
Designing and delivering educational events.
Writing technical information for member farms and participating in specialist committees and trade fairs.

Enthusiasm for working with people
Strong affinity for organic farming, ideally with practical experience
Solid expertise in cattle husbandry
Degree in agricultural sciences (University/Fachhochschule), a master craftsman qualification in agriculture, or a comparable qualification
Ideally, initial experience in agricultural advisory work
Confident demeanor, strong communication skills, and a good rapport with farmers
Enjoy organizing a variety of event formats
Team player with an independent and structured working style
Commitment to professionalism and high-quality results
Enjoyment in sharing knowledge through presentations and articles
Willingness to travel for work (driving license required) for advisory work, projects, and events
