In Empolis’ Product Marketing team, you align automation and content with precision.
You work closely with colleagues from Campaigns, Content and Product to drive measurable performance.
As the person responsible for automated workflows, you develop email sequences, nurturing flows and segmentations that precisely target defined audiences.
Through A/B tests and clear performance analyses, you continuously optimize campaigns.
In close collaboration with the team, you sharpen lead quality and ensure consistent alignment of content across channels.
With a focus on storytelling, you conceptualize, shoot and edit short marketing videos and support campaigns and events.
Based on these activities, you introduce new tools and technologies into our marketing processes and increase their level of automation.
Requirements
Completed vocational training or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Informatics or a related field
Initial experience with marketing automation platforms and marketing processes
Technical understanding and confidence in using automation and content tools; affinity for storytelling and design
Analytical and creative doer with process-oriented thinking and a structured, independent work style
Very good German skills and good English skills for communication in an international environment
