About this role
Role Overview
- Advise public contracting authorities and private companies on public procurement law.
- Participate in complex tendering and negotiation procedures.
- Support clients in large-scale procurement processes.
- Assist with regional rail passenger transport (SPNV) service contracts and vehicle procurements.
- Independently take responsibility for subprojects and act as a point of contact for solutions.
- Work closely within a well-known, large team.
Requirements
- Excellent results in both State Examinations (Staatsexamen).
- Very good German and English language skills.
- Professional, persuasive communication skills.
- Professional experience in public economic law/public procurement law is a plus.
- Strong interest in legal issues as well as technical and economic contexts.
