Support project management and governance, ensuring that deliverables are completed within the defined timelines, budgets, and scopes.
Define and implement the project management methodology, creating routines, templates, metrics, and monitoring cadences.
Track project progress, including risks, blockers, and identification of solutions.
Coordinate communication among different stakeholders, including technical teams, executives, and clients, keeping everyone informed about project status.
Facilitate and support status meetings, deliverables, and milestone reviews.
Assist in preparing project performance reports, highlighting progress and areas needing attention.
Ensure efficient management of interdependencies between projects and facilitate alignment with business objectives.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, leveraging best practices and methodologies.
Fluency in English is essential for communication with international stakeholders and for documentation of reports and presentations.
Requirements
Proven experience in project management, including tracking schedule, scope, budget, and quality.
Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional frameworks (PMBOK, Prince2).
Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and in dynamic environments.
Experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Trello, etc.).
Fluency in English for verbal and written communication with international teams.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with governance of large-scale corporate projects.
Experience in sectors such as technology, telecommunications, or consulting.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent.
Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar certifications.
