About this role
Role Overview
- Assist customers in English, answering product questions and handling customer service (SAC) requests;
- Ensure that customer complaints received by phone, email, voicemail or web are properly documented in the management system.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress;
- Fluent English required — will handle calls in English;
- Experience in customer service is a plus;
- Availability to work from 11:00 to 20:00 or 12:00 to 21:00
