Analysis: Through structured initial research, you narrow down malfunctions and prepare solutions for further handling.
Configuration: You actively participate in the setup and customization of the proALPHA base system.
Collaboration: In close cooperation with colleagues, you contribute to the smooth processing of customer requests.
Infrastructure: For infrastructure-related issues, you assist with analysis, installation, and maintenance tasks in the technical environment.
Requirements
Education: Enrolled student (m/f/d) in an IT-related degree program or in Industrial Engineering.
Work experience: Initial practical experience with ERP systems or in a technical IT environment.
Technical knowledge: Basic understanding of IT systems and infrastructures, and an interest in new technologies and practical IT topics.
Personal qualities: Structured and conscientious working style, high sense of responsibility, strong communication skills, and pronounced team orientation.
Language: Very good German and English skills for communication in an international environment.
