Systematic development of our HR service structure, including establishing clear governance standards and robust, scalable processes to support further growth.
Responsibility for stable, efficient and legally compliant HR services across the entire employee lifecycle and their continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with employment, payroll tax and social security regulations and monitor adherence to collective agreements and works council agreements.
Establish KPIs and reporting structures to manage our HR service area.
Lead and manage HR digitization projects (e.g., SAP Concur implementation, digital personnel file).
Analyze existing HR processes and identify automation and efficiency opportunities.
Functional and disciplinary leadership of our HR service team of four employees (payroll, administration and time management).
Close collaboration with Finance & Controlling, IT and external service providers.
Serve as a competent contact for managers and work constructively with the works council.
Provide operational support to the HR service team.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent qualification with several years of experience in HR operations.
Several years of experience in a responsible role within HR Operations / HR Services.
Experience in structurally developing and professionalizing HR service structures.
Solid knowledge of German employment, payroll tax and social security law.
Experience leading or actively managing HR digitization projects.
Experience working with HR systems and a strong affinity for digital HR processes.
Strategic thinker with a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
Very good German and good English skills.
