About this role
Role Overview
1st & 2nd Level Support: You handle IT requests and incidents via phone, email or ticketing system – from quick resolution to targeted escalation to specialist teams
Error Analysis & Troubleshooting: You investigate technical issues in a structured manner and document your solutions clearly and understandably
Endpoint Management: You manage rollout, setup and maintenance of PCs, laptops, smartphones and printers – including installation of operating systems and standard software
User Provisioning: You create new users (Active Directory / Microsoft 365), assign permissions and ensure all work tools are ready for use
Onboarding & Offboarding: You support the technical onboarding of new employees and ensure proper return of IT equipment when employees leave
Ticket & SLA Management: You process requests and incidents efficiently through our ticketing system and adhere to agreed service levels
Knowledge Base: You create and maintain documentation, guides and internal FAQs
Service Improvement: You actively contribute to the further development of our ITIL-based processes
Project Support: You assist with IT projects – e.g., in the areas of process automation, software rollouts or new services
Requirements
Completed vocational training in IT or a comparable qualification
At least 2 years of experience in IT support / service desk – ideally in an SME or larger company
Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networks, hardware and mobile devices
Experience with ITSM/ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk) and ideally basic ITIL knowledge (certification is a plus)
Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills
Strong communication skills, a solution-oriented working style and a high level of service orientation
