About this role
Role Overview
- Capture, assessment and support of IT requirements from the business units
- Translation of business requirements into technical specifications
- Planning, management and coordination of technical projects (resources, budgets, timelines)
- Close collaboration with internal IT teams, external partners and service providers
- Ensuring quality, transparency and traceability in the demand and project management process
- Monitoring project progress, stakeholder reporting and escalation management
- Promoting standardization and process optimization across the demand and project portfolio
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Several years of relevant professional experience
- Several years of experience in demand management and/or IT project coordination
- Strong technical understanding
- Experience with infrastructure or application projects
- Project management methodologies (traditional and agile)
- Excellent German and good English skills
