About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing enterprise-wide HR compliance frameworks
Partner closely with HR, Legal, Risk, and other compliance partners
Monitor evolving labor laws and regulatory developments, translate them into actionable HR policies and controls
Lead internal compliance reviews and audits, investigate potential non-compliance issues, and drive corrective actions
Provide guidance and training to HR teams and people managers
Requirements
First-level university degree or equivalent experience
Typically 4+ years related experience in compensation, benefits, finance, and/or human resources
Strong level of process knowledge and expertise in back-end processes
Strong general HR knowledge
Strong communication and presentation skills
Advanced quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and implementation
