About this role
Role Overview
- Lead the procurement, supply and logistics strategy within your scope
- Ensure project performance in terms of quality, cost, schedule and risk
- Manage and develop a team of buyers / supply planners
- Build and manage a supplier panel (sourcing, audits, evaluation)
- Negotiate prices, delivery schedules and contractual terms
- Issue purchase orders and ensure compliance with specifications
- Monitor purchasing budgets, supplier lead times and provide project reporting
- Coordinate project logistics (costs / quality / lead times)
Requirements
- University degree in procurement, logistics or supply chain
- English is required
- Proven experience in project procurement with team management
- Strong knowledge of procurement techniques, contractual frameworks and technical environments
