Create submissions for Annual and Semi-Annual Reports in the ComplianceAlpha Marketing Review system
Perform website inspections in accordance with the firm’s policy
Liaise with internal MR operations counterparts to assist with system administration
Work under pressure and time constraints to ensure client deadlines are met
Assist with various system related tasks, such as closing out stale files, running various volume reports, and uploading supporting documents to the system
Track progress of assignments using project management software tools
Perform other ad-hoc work and special projects as necessary to support ACA’s various client and internal initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, or relevant experience
1-2 years’ previous work experience
Ability to understand rules and regulations after training
Strong organizational skills, including the capacity to multi-task
Strong analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management skills
Ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines
Ability to work independently under limited supervision, but also able work collaboratively as part of a team
Attention to detail
Strong computer skills, including experience with Excel, Word and databases
