Support the Business Process leadership team by coordinating, tracking and enabling execution of enterprise process initiatives
Ensure strategic process priorities translate into action, visible progress, and measurable outcomes across functions
Act as a connective layer between leadership, process owners, functional teams, and external stakeholders and workstream leaders
Requirements
2+ years of experience in the insurance industry
Strong organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize workload and balance multiple projects simultaneously, and demonstrated successful follow through on deliverables
Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
Experience working with agency management and related systems such as Applied Epic
