Coordinates solution design planning, build, test ,deployment and ongoing business process support
Acts as SME of the assigned business process area to the System and Infrastructure group
Manages process financials including business impact
Leads return on investment analysis of business process improvements.
Provides reliable financial forecasts to Management.
Manages stakeholder and market relationships
Manages upper level stakeholder relationships.
Manages market level relationship with business leads and SMEs
Requirements
First Level University degree.
7+ years in process improvement roles or in like roles/businesses.
LSS Green / Black belt is a plus
