Role Overview
- Own the end-to-end recruiting process for our diverse departments and ensure a fast, personal candidate experience
- Conduct interviews independently and help us find the best talent for our Retail department
- Take responsibility for applicant management and coordinate interviews between internal stakeholders and our candidates
- Position yourself as a trusted sparring partner for our departments through your professional approach
- Proactively contribute your ideas and support projects that align with both business objectives and recruiting trends
Requirements
- Passion for HR and (some) hands-on experience in recruiting, ideally within an international company
- Excellent German and English skills (at least C1 level)
- Bosnian language skills are a plus but not required
- Enjoy a dynamic company culture and demonstrate a high degree of autonomy and personal responsibility
- A structured working style and the ability to inspire people
- A bachelor's degree in business administration (BWL) or a related field is a plus but not required
