As a Sales Manager, you take ownership of the entire sales process – from lead qualification and cold outreach to managing and growing your client base
You actively develop new accounts and identify new sales opportunities
Through close collaboration with ServiceNow Germany, you operate at a top-partner level
You are responsible for the full sales cycle: pitches, RFPs, and closing projects
In pre-sales, you are supported by our ServiceNow experts and delivery teams
You work closely with our local and international sales colleagues to develop new strategies
Requirements
Strong sales expertise as a Sales, Business Development, or Partner Manager
Proven success in IT project business, ideally with a focus on ServiceNow or comparable solutions
A well-established network and experience in relationship management with leading technology partners (preferably ServiceNow) are desirable
High self-motivation, sense of responsibility, and goal orientation
Strong commercial and analytical thinking skills combined with pronounced interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel depending on customer requirements
Business-fluent German and good English skills
