Independently develop, implement and optimize supply chain processes across the end-to-end value chain — including the associated IT systems (e.g., SAP)
Coordinate all supply chain stakeholders — internally (e.g., Global Service, Logistics, Environmental Management) and externally (e.g., transport and warehousing service providers)
Provide supply chain advice during product development, particularly on transport, storage and packaging requirements
Analyze, assess and define strategic supply chain challenges — with a focus on efficiency, safety, compliance and digitalization
Participate in international transformation and optimization projects as a subject matter expert for the end-to-end supply chain, including the strategic integration of legal requirements from hazardous substances and dangerous goods (e.g., ADR, IATA, IMDG) into logistics architecture as well as master data and system landscapes
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in supply chain management and experience with global logistics networks
Basic to advanced knowledge of the relevant regulations (e.g., ADR, IATA, IMDG) and their impact on global logistics processes, or willingness to deepen expertise
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration with a focus on SCM, or a comparable qualification
