Support the Global Supply Chain leadership with organizational and strategic matters
Responsible for coordinating and implementing operational and strategic initiatives
Project management and process optimization for international supply chain projects
Data analysis and preparation of reports for management meetings
Communication and international collaboration with SCM teams, departments, subsidiaries, suppliers and partners
Requirements
Education: Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable qualification
Work experience: At least 2–3 years of experience in an assistant role, ideally in supply chain, logistics, or an international environment
Expertise: Knowledge of supply chain or logistics is an advantage, as is experience with common ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
Language skills: Good written and spoken English
Organizational skills: Structured way of working and strong organizational abilities
Communication: Team player capable of communicating at different levels
