About this role
Role Overview
- Create test data for QA and development systems for Drägerware.ZMS, specifically: generate anonymized or pseudonymized test data from production data or create data from scratch using a DSL to be developed
- Implement API integration tests for the new REST API
- Evaluate and create a prototype of a BI tool to analyze the existing raw data
- Evaluate and create a prototype Excel report based on raw data
- Depending on the requirements of the department and the internship tasks, we offer the possibility of partial remote work
Requirements
- Enrolled in a Computer Science or Software Development degree program (at least 4th semester) or a comparable field of study
- Ideally, initial experience in object-oriented programming with Java or Python
- Ideally, initial experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL)
- Ideally, initial experience with REST APIs (REST, HTTP protocol, etc.)
- Ideally, basic knowledge of data science or a strong interest in becoming a data scientist
- Ideally, initial experience with Excel (processing raw data into Excel via e.g., C# or similar)
- Good English skills are desirable
- Independent, solution-oriented working style and commitment to implementing your own ideas
