About this role
Role Overview
Vendor Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential vendors through various channels (cold calls, emails, social media, networking events, etc.).
Interest Generation: Effectively communicate the benefits of partnering with potential vendors, generating interest and enthusiasm.
Onboarding: Manage the vendor onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition onto our platform.
Training: Provide comprehensive training to new vendors on how to use our platform, tools, and resources to maximize their sales potential.
Revenue Generation: Develop and implement strategies to help vendors achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Assisting with feedback and reporting as well as market analysis to aid in strategic guidance of company initiatives
Triaging requests from clients to the supplier pool to ensure clients’ needs are met
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, vendor management, or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
