Requirements
Proven experience in business development or sales within the Automotive Industry
Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and engage with senior stakeholders
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly
Strategic thinker with a record of accomplishment in driving commercial success
Knowledgeable about industry trends, technologies, and client needs
Expertly champion specific skills within SAM (Sales & Marketing) and conduct training sessions to nurture the development of junior sales professionals
