Support post‑sales customer implementations by providing hands‑on technical guidance throughout delivery, with a primary focus on healthcare prior authorization workflows
Conduct client-facing meetings and product demonstrations with internal and external stakeholders
Contribute to scaling delivery operations by helping package and standardize implementation approaches so contracts can be delivered more efficiently at volume
Act as a bridge between delivery teams, product, and engineering , helping translate customer requirements into delivery‑ready, scalable solutions
Provide practical expertise in FHIR APIs, supporting the growing volume of FHIR‑based contracts
Collaborate with Product Management on custom requests and identify opportunities for process improvement
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
3+ years in a client-facing solution design role
3+ years working on projects or contracts greater than $1,000,000 ACV
5+ years of experience in technology consulting, technical implementation, or solutions delivery— healthcare experience required, specifically in the prior authorization space
Strong technical acumen: Must be well versed in X12 and FHIR
Ability to articulate product features and translate payer requirements into scalable solutions
Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills with an understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including business and technical documentation
Proven ability to deliver in time-sensitive engagements and adapt to changing priorities
Technical aptitude with healthcare workflows, high-volume transactions, and emerging technologies
