About this role

Develop the strategic marketing/communication/admission plan in support and aligned to the School’s Strategic Management Plan
Design strategies to attract obtain more and better students
Add value to the image of San Roberto International School in our community
To direct and oversee the marketing, recruiting and admissions procedures of ISR in a manner consistent with the school’s academic and strategic plans
Create strategies to promote the sense of belonging in the community and increase retention of our families and colleagues

BA in Marketing or Economic (Mandatory)
Knowledge of Marketing and Administration
Well management of the Administrative Systems
Excellent analysis and synthesis skills
Knowledge in social media, research and marketing strategies
A minimum of 6 years of successful professional experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish
Excellent interpersonal communication and organization skills
Proven leadership abilities promoting collaboration and team work
Professional attitude and people skills with eagerness to enthusiastic, proactive, and positive
Fluency in both English and Spanish
