Role Overview
Manage the network’s contract portfolio
Review and approve vehicle and trailer repair and maintenance estimates
Compile and report on key customer KPIs
Analyse repair and maintenance expenditure
Evaluate scorecards to assess and audit completed repairs
Use the ticketing system to review and assess high-value requests
Requirements
Experience using and learning new systems
Analytical – working with excellent attention to detail
Strong Stakeholder Management – regular communication with stakeholders
Team Player – understands the importance of a united team approach
Adaptable – enjoys a dynamic environment
