Role Overview
- Manage the network’s contract portfolio
- Review and approve vehicle and trailer repair and maintenance estimates
- Compile and report on key customer KPIs
- Analyse repair and maintenance expenditure
- Evaluate scorecards to assess and audit completed repairs
- Use the ticketing system to review and assess high-value requests
Requirements
- Experience using and learning new systems
- Analytical – working with excellent attention to detail
- Strong Stakeholder Management – regular communication with stakeholders
- Team Player – understands the importance of a united team approach
