You will be the engine of growth for the region, identifying new business opportunities and managing key accounts with a proactive, strategic, and highly mobile mindset.
Actively scout and open new end-customer accounts. This role requires a high frequency of monthly face-to-face client visits.
Implement customer and segment strategies, developing comprehensive annual account and business plans.
Orchestrate the project lifecycle by aligning internal stakeholders to ensure "wins" and successful product launches.
Lead complex negotiations for annual contracts and high-volume spot business.
Partner with the customer's R&D and technical teams to discuss product applications, adding value through expertise while maintaining a sharp focus on the final sale.
Collaborate closely with the R&D team to provide market feedback and drive innovation based on client needs.
Requirements
3 to 5 years of proven sales experience within the Colors and/or food ingredients industry.
A background in R&D is considered a significant advantage.
Demonstrated success in growing account portfolios and leading innovation sessions with clients.
Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Food Science, or a related field.
Bilingual English (essential for reporting and multinational coordination).
