Translate financial insights into clear recommendations that influence senior leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders.
Ensure compliance and accuracy of time‑phased budgets, schedules, and Earned Value (EV) reporting.
Provide weekly analysis of performance drivers and forecast impacts.
Lead talent development efforts: set clear goals, create accountability, and build an engaged, high‑performing team.
Allocate talent and resources to support current business needs and improvement initiatives.
Champion continuous improvement and streamline processes aligned to business objectives.
Establish and track KPIs to monitor performance and drive operational excellence.
Partner with proposal teams to ensure accurate pricing and proactive management of risks and opportunities.
Communicate expectations and ensure consistent application of company policies.
Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment with strong attention to detail.

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
Ability to adapt financial processes to evolving regulations and business conditions.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Proven leadership experience in finance within the defense industry, including oversight of complex programs and strategic financial initiatives.
Experience with SAP.
Familiarity with COBRA and other EVMS toolsets.
Knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition.
Advanced Excel skills.
