Define, analyze, and manage system-level requirements
Lead execution/development of EO/IR projects
Manage multiple technical projects in a cross-functional environment
Provide mentorship of junior team members
Collaborate with Software Engineering to design, test, and document new product features
Participate in technical design reviews/gate reviews to ensure system design integrity

Minimum of 6 years of technical experience across Systems Engineering
Undergraduate Engineering Degree or Technical Diploma with applicable on the job experience
Programming skills in Matlab, Python, and/or database management is desirable
Proven understanding of Systems Engineering principals
Knowledge and understanding of applicable military and industry standards related to airborne, marine and ground systems including MIL-STD-810, RTCA DO-160, MIL STD 461, MIL STD 704 and applicable Customer requirements
