Work closely with cross‑functional teams (product management, operations, supply chain) across the international group.
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and regular sales reporting.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the strengthening of regional market presence.
Requirements
Strong track record as a Sales Manager in an international company including exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and structured reporting processes.
Proven experience in the flexible Packaging and pouch business (e.g. retort pouches, pet food packaging) with strong knowledge of the Polish market.
Ability to navigate intercultural business environments and matrix structures.
Strong relationship‑building skills and a professional, trustworthy communication style.

Team player who thrives in a collaborative, international environment.
Existing contacts with major players in the Polish pouch or pet food sector are an advantage.
