Own our Ashby instance end-to-end: configuration, integrations, best practices, and ongoing optimization. You're the go-to expert when something needs fixing or improving, and you proactively identify what's next before anyone asks.
Build and own our recruiting analytics — design dashboards and reporting infrastructure that give the team real-time visibility into pipeline health, funnel conversion, time-to-fill, source quality, and more. Turn data into clear, actionable insights for the team.
Make recruiters' lives easier — identify friction in our day-to-day workflows and eliminate it. Whether that's improving how we schedule interviews, streamlining offer workflows, or building better templates and playbooks, you're always looking for the next 10% improvement.
Manage and develop our Recruiting Coordinators — provide day-to-day guidance and ensure they're set up to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.
Own and evolve our recruiting tech stack — evaluate tools, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the full stack (Ashby, LinkedIn, sourcing tools, etc.) is integrated and fully utilized. You’ll help us evaluate new tools, and maybe even build new workflows in zapier and new tools using Claude.
