Role Overview
Hunt for New Opportunities: Prospect for potential clients through cold-calling to uncover hidden gems in both English
and French-speaking markets.
Build Relationships: Connect with decision-makers, understand their needs, and position AutoLeap as the ideal solution.
Drive Pipeline: Manage your own pipeline—from initial outreach to booking and running demos, and ultimately closing opportunities within targeted French-speaking markets in Canada.
Manage Inbound Leads: Respond to and qualify inbound, partner, and enterprise leads from French-speaking prospects as they come in.
Shape Processes: Contribute to the development of our sales processes and best practices.
Requirements
Bilingual Communication Skills: Fluency in English and French, with the ability to confidently communicate with prospects in both languages.
Proven Sales Experience: At least 2 years of outbound and full cycle sales experience with a track record of success.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with sales software and a knack for learning new tools.
Discovery Skills: Ability to ask insightful questions and uncover hidden opportunities.
Process-Oriented: A disciplined approach to sales, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
