Claims Analyst I

Role Overview

• Review claims to ensure compliance with established claim entry and claim payment policies and procedures
• Review and release pended claims
• Process member receipts
• Assist in manual claim entry and member reimbursement
• Complete claims adjustments
• Meet quality and production standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months of claims processing experience, including eligibility and ICD10/CPT codes
