Role Overview
- Share responsibility for all day-to-day shop operations
- Work with the team to create an outstanding shopping experience for our customers
- Coordinate daily business activities in consultation with your Shop Manager
- Maintain oversight of the store's overall commercial/financial results
- Assist and support the Shop Manager
- Inspire and motivate the team
Requirements
- A solid commercial/business qualification (completed apprenticeship or equivalent)
- Strong affinity for numbers and sound commercial/business acumen
- Strong interest in fashion and a good sense for trends
- A true team player
- Good communication skills
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
