In this role you are primarily responsible for Commercial Project Management (Complex Solutions)
Provide functional leadership for a team of Commercial Project Managers
Ensure our international projects in Cash Cycle Solutions and Finishing Solutions are executed efficiently from contract signature to project completion
Actively support the development of subject-matter expertise, standardization of workflows, and foster active professional exchange within and beyond the team
Independently negotiate all commercial aspects with the customer during the project, or with support from Sales
Ensure those agreements are contractually documented
Manage stakeholders at both internal and external levels
Act confidently even in demanding or conflict-prone project situations
Proactively drive the development and optimization of commercial processes
Take responsibility for project-related data preparation and revenue planning as well as tracking and evaluating relevant financial KPIs
Conduct regular risk assessments
Responsible for reporting on plan/actual variances during the project lifecycle

You hold a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in Commercial Project Management (traditional and/or agile)
Professional experience in the functional and/or disciplinary leadership of teams
Experience in process management and optimization of commercial workflows
Hands-on mentality, resilience and a pragmatic working style
SAP knowledge (SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA) and an interest in AI topics
Strong communication skills, a customer-oriented approach and a high degree of initiative
Intercultural competence, reliability and flexibility
Very good German and English skills; additional foreign language skills complete your profile
